✨Stop comparing⠀
There’s no point in comparing your schedule with other moms. You don’t have to bring a homemade cake to every childcare party or be there at all. Choose the moments that are most important to your child and to be yourself and go for them. ⠀ ⠀
✨Say ‘No’ more often and make it clear what you want⠀
To prioritize and save time, it’s important to say no to less important things. This also includes setting boundaries. If you need more time this week to help your child with school, don’t say “I’m available all week.” ⠀ ⠀
✨ Meet up with friends (even if it’s a mess) ⠀
Order pizza, open a bottle of wine.
