Complaint Resolution

Very annoying if you have a complaint! Of course we hope it doesn’t happen, but nobody’s perfect. So if you do have a complaint, we encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing info@babyloop.nl or at 06-16257976.

If possible, we will answer your questions/complaints immediately. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will let you know within what time frame you can expect an answer from us. BabyLoop handles complaints within 30 days in any case.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not pending elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
