What you see is what you get at BabyLoop. The baby products listed on the site are also the actual products you get. It’s simple. Choose the baby products you want to rent, how long you want to rent them and possibly in which price category you want to do that.
For most products you can choose from two price categories: New and As good as new. If you can’t choose, you will receive an As good as new product from us.
At BabyLoop you are not tied to long-term contracts. After all, you don’t know how quickly your baby will develop and whether your child likes a certain product. You can choose from a minimum rental period of 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Our products can be cancelled monthly, after the minimum rental period has expired. If your little one grows faster than you had anticipated, you can, for example, exchange your 6-month subscription for a 3-month subscription. You then pay the difference.
There is no cancellation period for (travel) products that you rent for a fixed period.
You choose where and when you want the baby items to be delivered! Once you have selected the products, you can proceed to checkout. On this page, there is a field ‘Product delivery date’. Here you can enter the date on which you want your baby items to be delivered or picked up.
If you order before 1 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive the products the next day.
We recommend that families have the items delivered to their home one to two weeks before the due date. You can order the baby items you have selected well in advance, then we will reserve them for you and you can be sure that you will receive the products on time. Your subscription will only start on the day of delivery.
For small orders it is advantageous (& environmentally conscious) to pick up the package yourself, this way you pay no shipping costs.
When you order you pay directly for the first month’s rental of the baby products. The next payment takes place 1 month after delivery has taken place. So suppose you place your order on April 10 for May 3. Then the next payment takes place on June 3.

3. Collect yourself for free from our warehouse (Kuiperbergweg 26a in Amsterdam) on Tuesday and Thursday between 10.00 – 12.00h, and on Wednesday and Friday between 13.30 – 15.00h. –> Please stick a note with your name on the product, so we can keep track of the returns.
With us, you are not tied to long-term contracts. After the minimum rental period has expired, you can decide monthly whether you want to keep or return your rented baby items. If your little one grows faster than you had anticipated, you can, for example, exchange your 6-month subscription for a 3-month subscription. You then pay the difference. But be careful, you have a 1-month cancellation period (the 1-month cancellation period obviously does not apply to (travel) products). So if you see that your little one is growing out of a product, cancel in time.
The first step is to cancel. To cancel, send an email, app, or via your account. We will then send you an email with the end date and the 3 different return options (see the block below). The products must be returned to us before the end of your subscription.
For example: if you want to cancel your subscription and it is extended on April 15, make sure you cancel your subscription before April 16. Your subscription will continue that month and will expire on May 15. To relieve you of any worries and to avoid unnecessary costs, you will receive a monthly overview of your rented products as a reminder that your subscription is still ongoing.

Deliver your package to one of the ~1,000 DPD service points. Preferably in the original packaging, so we waste less!

In the Amsterdam area you can choose to have our courier come to you to pick up your products. Super handy, you don’t have to lug around heavy boxes!
Baby products are passed from family to family. We do this to ensure that baby gear is used to its fullest potential, to give the products multiple lives and thus reduce our carbon impact. When the products are returned they are screened, thoroughly cleaned and any refurbishments pass on to the next family. When they are no longer suitable for reuse through the BabyLoop platform, the products are screened for recycling or donated to charity, for example, BabyBullenbank Foundation. Do you also contribute to charity!
