What you see is what you get at BabyLoop. The baby items on the site are really the products you receive. It works simply. Choose the baby equipment you would like to rent, how long you want to rent it for and possibly in what price category you want to do so.
For most products you can choose from two price categories: New and Refurbished. If you cannot choose, you will receive a Refurbished product from us.
At BabyLoop you are not tied to long-term contracts. After all, you don’t know how fast your baby is developing or whether your child likes a particular product. You can choose from a minimum rental period of 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Our products can be canceled monthly after the minimum rental period has expired. If your little one grows faster than you thought, you can, for example, exchange your 6-month subscription for a 3-month subscription. You then pay the difference.
There is no notice period for (travel) products that you rent for a fixed period (1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks).
You choose where and when you want the baby supplies delivered! Once you have chosen the products, proceed to checkout. This page contains a field ‘Product delivery date’. Enter the date on which you want your baby supplies delivered.
If you order before 2 p.m. on workdays, you will receive the products the next day.
We recommend that families have the items delivered to their home one to two weeks before the due date. You can order the baby items you have selected well in advance, so that we reserve them for you and you can be sure that you will receive the products on time. Your subscription only starts on the day of delivery.
With us you are not tied to long-term contracts. After the minimum rental period has expired, you can decide monthly whether you want to keep or return your rented baby equipment. If your little one grows faster than you thought, you can, for example, exchange your 6-month subscription for a 3-month subscription. You then pay the difference. But please note, you have 1 month’s notice period (the one-month notice period obviously does not apply to (travel) products that you rent for a fixed short period). So if you see that your little one is outgrowing a product, cancel it in time.
The first step is to cancel. To cancel, send an email, app, or via your account. You will then receive an email from us with the end date and the 3 different return options (see the block below). The products must be returned to us before the end of your subscription.
For example: if you want to cancel your subscription and it is renewed on April 15th, make sure you cancel your subscription before April 16th. Your subscription will continue that month and will then expire on May 15. To relieve you of your worries and avoid unnecessary costs, you will receive a monthly overview of your rented products as a reminder that your subscription is still ongoing.

Baby products are passed from family to family. We do this to ensure that baby gear is used to its fullest potential, to give the products multiple lives and thus reduce our carbon impact. When the products are returned they are screened, thoroughly cleaned and any refurbishments pass on to the next family. When they are no longer suitable for reuse through the BabyLoop platform, the products are screened for recycling or donated to charity, for example, BabyBullenbank Foundation. In this way you also contribute to charity!
