Flexibility. All of our products are cancelable on a monthly basis. The advantage of this is that you are flexible in how long you keep your chosen products in your possession. It is also possible to return the leased products separately, so it does not take up unnecessary storage space in your home!

Service at Damage. An accident can always happen, especially when dealing with babies. Therefore, we will not be difficult to repair damage that is very minor or that we can repair. Think: seam loose, small hole or stain in an inconspicuous place or paint that has flaked off a little. If there is damage that we can no longer repair that renders the product unusable or compromises safety, you must call us immediately, send a WhatsApp message to: 06-16257 976 or email us at: info@babyloop.nl. You will then be sent a replacement product. We will charge a maximum of 75% (minus any discount) of the retail value minus the lease amount you have already paid. For example: stain or damage in a conspicuous place, wood that cannot be repaired. Please always return products with damage so we can donate them to a good cause, for example, Baby Stuff Foundation or BecauseWeCarry (refugee families in Lesbos).
